INTRODUCING THE DEEP MEDITATION RETREATS

Hello Deep Meditators,

In May we are headed to the sunny oasis of Todos Santos, Mexico with authentic adobe tepees, villas, a pool + a spa on the Pacific Ocean.

The second is in Fall 2025 TBA.

Both provide you with an opportunity to go deeper than you have ever gone before.

My intention is to bring depth, self-care rituals, fire ceremony + puja, nourishing food, knowledge, newly heightened awareness, and reverence for the teaching. Resetting our mind, body, and anchoring into our being.  

During these ‘Deep Meditation Retreats’ we will purify our systems emotionally, mentally, and physically and release any deep-rooted stresses that our 20-minute, twice-a-day practice hasn’t been able to get to yet. The Rounding Technique is referred to as ‘industrial strength meditation.’  

At the peak of our rounding retreat, we move through detoxing our system and enter into clarity and lightheartedness. We tap into blissful laughter.  This style of these retreats is curated to expand your awareness, experience longer periods of pure consciousness, discover a deeper knowing and cultivate stronger capacity, resiliency, adaptability, and bliss. 

I promise you will walk away feeling like you never have before.  

Lastly, I intend to bring a little of India to you through these retreats.  What I mean by this is to gather sangha and have a shared experience. A community practicing Dharma and mindfulness together in order to bring about—and maintain—higher Self-awareness. 

The essence of Sangha is devotion, reverence, awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony, and love. I know as a collective unit we will create magic.
