This retreat is designed to reset and nourish all aspects of self.
Through rounding we will peel away the layers of deep rooted stresses accumulated within our mind/body.
During this retreat we will have a sacred fire ceremony, sound healing and an evening of community.

Deep Meditation Retreat Life in

7AM - tongue scrape, hot water, self abhyanga + rinse
8AM - Fruit or Smoothie
8:30AM - 1st guided round
9:30AM - 2nd round
10:30AM - 3rd round
11:30 - 12PM - free time for self-reflection, journaling, soak in the sun or anything that brings you joy
12PM - Lunch
1PM - knowledge meeting
2PM - free time, pool time, read a book, journal, spa treatment, take a nap, gentle walk/stroll
3:00PM - 4th guided round
4:00PM - 5th round
5:00PM - 6th round
6:30PM - dinner
7:30PM - check-in, tune-in + knowledge
8:30PM - optional sama veda + silence afterward
10PM - lights out
(Each day the program will slightly shift with adding in more rounds or coming down off of rounds)
*Our last day will be an “Integration day” with Sangha to reflect, introspect, share and commune. The schedule will be spontaneous to what is happening in the group collective (tantric yogic practices, fire ceremony, journaling, pool time, singing, dancing, etc.)

Rounding is a systematic procedure derived from the ancient Veda* that's designed to purify the mind and body at the deepest level. This process consists of a specific sequence of easy yoga poses (asanas), balancing breath technique (pranayama), meditation, and horizontal rest.
The simplicity and effortless nature of the technique produces powerful results. Performing the proper progression with the correct intention allows deep-rooted stresses to release and brings the nervous system back into balance.
Effortless purification of the mind and body through Rounding can bring you to a greater state of happiness, clarity and peace more quickly. Practicing multiple Rounds on this retreat weekend is equivalent to 4-6 months of meditation.
It's easy to learn Rounding regardless of your physical fitness. Custom modifications are available for those with physical limitations. You’ll learn how to incorporate this advanced practice into your daily life at home for continued benefit.

Designed with native culture in mind, air-conditioned Tepees provide a unique accommodation available only at Tribu Todos Santos. Rounding instruction is included for everyone. Your program (number of rounds per day) may differ depending on your level of experience.
We will cover gratuity for Tribu Todos Santos staff, but you are free to leave additional gratuity if you desire.

Meditation & Rounding: Each day 2 guided Rounds will be be offered, and the rest will be self-guided. Yogic Abhyanga Rituals will be done in the privacy of your room.
Special Experiences: We will have a couple special experiences in addition to the daily rounding. Anything on the formal agenda will be included in the retreat cost. There will be additional experiences available to you (spa treatments) at an additional cost.
