Each session in Yashoda’s private meditation course typically lasts for two hours +. This duration allows for a comprehensive and immersive exerperience, providing ample time meditation, personalized feedback, and holistice wellness advice.
WHAT IS THE COURSE DURATION?
The course duration with Yashoda is designed to be flexible to your and her schedule. The meditation course typically spans 2 or 4 days each session 2 hours and 2 private 1 hour sessions - 1 pre-course + 1 follow up post-course.
